How do I go about payment?

​

I will send out an invoice at the end of the month detailing the dates you have used my services, I ask to be paid via bank BACS transfer, however, if this is not possible I am happy to discuss alternative payment options.

What is a pet profile?

​

A pet profile is a document that details many questions about your animal, this includes emergency contact details, vet details, likes/dislikes, medical conditions, food requirements, etc. It is mainly for Busy Izzy Pet Services to gather essential information about your animal, prior to caring for them.

Do I need to get a key cut for you?

​

Yes, I will need a key to access your home, however, if you do have a key lock safe then I am happy to use that instead.

Do you have insurance?

​

Yes, I do, I have home, pet, and public liability insurance to cover Busy Izzy Pet Services in all areas of the services I provide. 

​

Are you DBS checked?

​

I am, I have proof of a clean record. I keep all hard copies of my insurance, DBS check, certificates, etc ready for you to view when we have our first greet.

How many dogs do you walk at a time?

​

My maximum number is 4 dogs, however, groups are determined by their nature so some groups may be smaller to accommodate this.

Pet Sitting Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the start date, 50% of the total fee will be charged.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the start date, 100% of the total fee will be charged.

2. Pet Care

  • Pets will be cared for as per the instructions provided during the booking process. Any specific requirements must be communicated clearly.

  • The sitter will provide food, water, exercise, and any necessary medications as agreed.

3. Emergencies

  • In the event of a medical emergency, the sitter will seek veterinary care promptly. Any associated costs will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

4. Liability

  • The pet sitter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by your pet during the service period, including injury or damage to your pet or other animals, people, or property.

5. Key Handling

  • If keys are required, they will be securely handled and returned at the end of the service. Any lost keys will be replaced at the owner's expense.

6. Insurance

  • The pet sitter holds public liability insurance. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure their pet is adequately covered under their own pet insurance policy.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
